If you've applied for a Loan, you can easily check the status of your application, upload required documents, and track your loan disbursement via the Latitude Gem Finance Servicing Portal.
Checking Your Loan Application Status
- Log in to the Latitude Gem Finance Servicing Portal using your email address as your Username.
- If you've forgotten your password, click Reset Password to regain access.
- The portal will display your application status, including:
- Whether it’s still being assessed.
- If any additional documents are needed to process your application.

Uploading Required Documents
If we’ve requested additional documents, you can upload them directly via the Latitude Gem Finance Servicing Portal.
- Once you are logged into the Latitude Gem Finance Servicing Portal, click Add Files.
- Click on the Upload File icon and locate and upload each saved document from your device.
- If the upload fails, you'll see an error message asking to re-upload the documents.
- Once uploaded, the Account Manager will receive a confirmation and review your documents.

Receiving Your Loan Funds
Once we receive your signed loan contract, the completed bank account details section for disbursement and direct debit for regular repayments, the funds are typically disbursed within 48 hours. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your funds are disbursed.
If 48 hours have passed and you haven’t received your funds:
- Check your email (including junk/spam) for any messages from us.
- If you’ve received an email, follow the instructions to ensure a smooth transfer of funds.
- For Funds Sent to a Financier’s Bank Account: If you haven’t heard from us, contact your financier directly - funds may be in their holding account, waiting to be allocated to your account.

Reopening a Closed Application
If your loan application was submitted within the last 60 days, you can reopen a closed loan application by calling us on 0800 422 898. If more than 60 days have passed, you’ll need to submit a new application.
