If you are ready to close your Personal Loan account, let us know by calling 0800 422 898 between 9am – 6:30pm (Monday - Friday).
Important Information about closing your account:
- An account closure can be requested by account holders, authorised third parties and appointed attorneys. If you are not an authorised third party, the account holder will need to complete a Third Party Authority form and send it back to us. If you are an appointed attorney, you’ll need to send us a certified copy of the Power of Attorney document if you have not provided it previously.
- The total balance owing on the loan account must be settled before the account is fully closed.
- Once your account is closed it cannot be re-opened and will require that you re-apply. This will be treated as a new application and will be subject to our lending criteria.
