If you're ready to close your Loan account, give us a call on 0800 422 898, Monday to Friday between 9:00 am – 6:30 pm.
What you need to know before closing your account:
- Final balance: The total balance owing on the loan must be paid in full before the account can be closed.

Who can request a closure: Account holders, authorised third parties, and appointed attorneys can request to close an account.
- If you're not an authorised third party, the account holder will need to complete and return a Third Party Authority form.
- If you're acting as an appointed attorney, please provide a certified copy of the Power of Attorney document (if not already provided).
- Re-opening the account: Once closed, the account cannot be re-opened. You’ll need to reapply, and your new application will be subject to our lending criteria.
