How do I pay my credit card account?

Wondering how to go about paying off your credit card? Keep reading!

Gem Visa  

You can pay your Gem Visa credit card via internet or telephone banking using the details below: 

• • • • Name of Bank Account: Gem Visa
      • Bank Account Number: 03-0502-0681686-000
      • Particulars: Account holder’s surname and first initial
      • Code: 000000601073
      • Reference: 00 followed by the last 10 digits of your Gem Visa account number (You can find your Gem Visa account number printed on your monthly statements or on your mobile app)

You can also pay in person at selected NZ Post with a copy of your monthly statement. A payment handling fee of $2.70 applies to each payment.

You can also pay in person at any Westpac branch .

• When making a cash payment through a Westpac ATM, the ATM screen will prompt the customer to enter their first and last name if they are not a Westpac customer.
• When making a payment in branch, Westpac branch staff will ask the customer to provide their first and last name, as well as their phone number.

Statements are available in the latitude mobile app or can be obtained digitally once you are registered and logged in to the Latitude Service Centre – accessible from the Gem Finance homepage.
