New address, phone number or name? Make sure you update your details so we can contact you.
How do I update my contact details?
The quickest way for you to update your contact details is through our Latitude Service Centre. Once you log in, you’ll see Manage Personal Details in the left hand side menu and follow the prompts.
From here you will be able to update your email, phone numbers as well as your residential and postal address.
Alternatively, you can contact us and one of our team members will action your request.
If you have a Personal loan account, you will need to call us to update your details.
What if I need to change my name or date of birth as well?
A change of name is important. We’ll need some documents from you to make sure we get it right. You’ll need to send us a copy of one of the following documents to support your name change:
- Marriage certificate
- Dissolution of marriage certificate – if this shows both your maiden and married names
- Name change certificate
- New birth certificate, showing all name changes
We’ll also need a copy of your photo ID under the new name. This must be government issued photo ID, such as a driver license, passport, or firearms license.
If you want to update your date of birth, you’ll just need to send us a copy of one of the following documents:
- Front and back of driver’s license
- Birth certificate
- Passport
