Yes, you can! If you need to update your address or correct your current one, go into the side menu under Profile, click Manage personal details and follow the prompts. There you can view and updates your address to a domestic mailing or residential address. Quick and easy.
Some things to keep in mind.
- Make sure to have your mobile handy to verify your ID
- You will need to go and update your address separately for each account if you have more than one Gem card.
- If you have a Personal Loan you will need to give us a ring to update to your address.
- You can only use a domestic address to update your mailing or residential address in the Latitude Service Centre, give us a call if you need to update to an international address
