How do I log in to the Latitude Service Centre
All you need to log in to the Latitude Service Centre is your Latitude ID.
If you use our Latitude Mobile App you already have a Latitude ID, you can use these details to log in to our Latitude Service Centre (here)
If you haven’t used the mobile app, don’t worry you can still access the Latitude Service Centre by creating a Latitude ID.
Setting up a Latitude ID
What is a Latitude ID?
A Latitude ID is unique to the mobile app and the Latitude Service Centre. It allows us to link all your Latitude accounts so you can see and manage them in one place.
It is different to your Online Service Centre login – if you already use our Online Service Centre in a web browser you will need to create a separate online account using a Latitude ID. Don’t worry though, it’s super easy all you need is:
- Your name
- Email Address
- A unique password
- Date of Birth
- Credit Card or Account number
- And a one-time code will be sent to the mobile number on our records

How do I link Latitude credit cards to my Latitude ID?
To link a Latitude credit card, you will need to enter your card or account number and date of birth. You will then be sent a SMS verification code to the mobile number we have on record.
As an added security measure, we will check that the names on all accounts are identical (these may need to be updated otherwise). If there are any discrepancies in details between any accounts, you will need to get in touch to update your details.
For privacy reasons, only the primary cardholder can link the account to their Latitude ID.
Can I still link my credit card if it's not activated?
Yes, you will still be able to link your credit card to your Latitude ID, even if it is not yet activated.
Can I Link my personal loan account?
All Latitude (Gem) personal loans can be linked to the Latitude Service Centre. Have ready your loan account number, this can be found on any statement or letter, alternatively you can contact us.
As an added security measure, we will check that the names on all accounts are identical (these may need to be updated otherwise). If there are any discrepancies in details between any accounts, you will need to get in touch to update your details.
If you update your details, we won’t be able to add your account to your Latitude ID for 24 hours after the change.
Joint account holders, you can also link your account to your own Latitude ID
How long is my email and SMS verification number valid for?
The registration verification code that has been sent to the email you provided is valid for 24 hours. The link account SMS verification code is valid for three minutes.
What should I do if I haven't received my SMS verification?
To ensure you receive your SMS verification during the account linking process, you will need to make sure the mobile number associated with that particular card is up to date.
If you have updated the mobile number, you will need to wait 24 hours to re-attempt linking your account.
