When you enter a Hardship Care arrangement with Gem, we have an obligation to update your credit report status to the relevant NZ credit bureaus.
If you’re having trouble meeting the commitments of your Hardship Care arrangement, we encourage you to speak with us as soon as possible as there may be consequences for your credit report for late or missed payments, and your Hardship Care arrangement may be cancelled.
