- Log in to the Latitude Gem Finance Servicing Portal.
- Select the Request a Statement icon.
- Follow the prompts to generate your statement.

Opting Out of Email Statement Notifications
We’ll send you an email to let you know when your statement is ready to view in the portal. However, if you choose to opt out of receiving these email notifications, you’ll:
- No longer receive email alerts about your statements
- Be sent a printed version by post instead
- Still be able to view your statements anytime by logging into the Latitude Gem Finance Servicing Portal.
- If you’d like to opt out of email notifications, please contact us so we can help update your preferences.
