You can manage your Gem Visa, Gem CreditLine and Gem Essential accounts using either the Latitude Service Centre or the Latitude App.
All your account information is available in the View account section - you will be able to see your transactions, interest free plans and your monthly statements.
- Statements: Statements are available for up to 7 years from the statement date. You can view and download your credit card statements for free by clicking on Manage Account > Statements.
- Transaction history and repayments: You can view your transaction and repayment history under your account section by selecting the Transactions tab. Some transactions (cash withdrawals, deposits, etc.) can appear as pending until they are fully processed, which can take 3-5 days.
- Available to spend and current balance: The current balance is the amount you currently owe on your account. The available to spend balance is the amount you are able to spend for purchases (credit limit minus the current balance and pending transactions). Once you log in to your account, you will see an Overview of your linked cards/accounts. You can see these details under the name of each card. Select the card you’re after from the list to have more information about both figures and see any pending transactions.
- Interest free plans: From the Overview page, click your card and select the Interest Free tab. Here you will find all your active interest free plans.
