Which Gem accounts can I access through the Latitude Service Centre (LSC)?
Gem Personal Loans, Gem Car Loans, Gem CreditLine, Gem Visa and Gem Essential.
How do I link my Latitude credit cards to my Latitude ID?
To link your Latitude credit card you will need to enter your card number and DOB. You will then be sent a SMS verification code to the mobile number we have on record. As an added security measure, we will check that the names on all accounts are identical (these may need to be updated otherwise). If there are any discrepancies in details between any accounts, you will need to get in touch to update your details.
What should I do if I haven't received my SMS verification?
To ensure you receive your SMS verification during the account linking process you will need to make sure the mobile number associated with that particular card is up to date.
If you have updated the mobile number you will need to wait 24 hours to re-attempt linking your account.
Can I link my personal loan and credit cards in the Latitude Service Centre?
You can link all of your Latitude Credit Cards and Personal Loans in the Latitude Service Centre.
Can I download my statement from the LSC?
You can access your credit card statements from the Manage Account section. You can view/download all your statements free of charge.
For personal loans, we plan to bring this functionality to the Latitude Service Centre in the future.
How long is the statement available online?
Your statement is available online for up to 7 years from the date appearing on your statement.
How do I see my available balance?
You can see your account information in the Overview home section. For more detail click in to View account.
Can I see my repayments history in the Latitude Service Centre?
Yes, you can see your credit card repayments in the Transactions tab once you have selected in to view the account.
For personal loans, the Latitude Service Centre will only show your current balance
