Accessing your credit card statements online

You can review your recent transactions, charges and find the payment details on your monthly credit card statement. You can view, download and print up to 7 years statements anytime using the Latitude App or Latitude Service Centre. 

 

Using the Latitude App

1. Open the Latitude App.
2. Tap Manage Account and select View Statements. 
3. Select the statement period you'd like to view.

Using the Latitude Service Centre

1. Go to Gemfinance.co.nz and click Log in.
2. Once you’re logged in, you will see Statements under View account on the home page.
