Need a statement urgently?
The quickest way to get access to a statement is through our Mobile App or Latitude Service Centre, where you can also check your recent payments, purchases, fees or charges.
Latitude Mobile App
Getting your statement on the Mobile App is simple!
Go to the Manage Account section in the App and select View Statements. Tap to select the Statement period you are after. You can view, download, or share your statements from the app.
Latitude Service Centre
All of your previous credit card statements are ready to download in our Latitude Service Centre.
- Go to Gemfinance.co.nz and click on login
- If this is your first time using the Latitude Service Centre, and you don’t have a Latitude ID, you will need to click Register and follow the prompts.
Once you’re logged in, you will see Statements by selecting View account in the overview home page.
Downloading or Printing a Statement
- Click on the statement you want to download
- Open file to view, or print
