No need to wait for your card in the mail
Once your application is approved, follow these steps to start tapping in no time:
If you applied in-store:
- Download the Latitude App and create your Latitude ID to log in.
- During the registration process, you’ll be asked to enter your first name, last name and date of birth as they appear on your Latitude account. This will allow us to identify your account, verify that you are the owner and link it.
- If we can’t locate your account, you can link it manually. Tap Link Credit Card and enter your account number (you’ll find this in the approval email) and your date of birth.
- Regardless of whether the account is linked automatically or manually, we’ll send you an SMS to verify your details. When prompted, enter the code we send.
- Once verified, simply tap the button to add your card to your Apple or Android wallet and follow the prompts.
If you applied online:
- Download the Latitude App and login using the email address (Latitude ID) and password you provided in your application.
- Your Latitude account will appear in the App.
- You can add your card to your Apple or Android wallet.
Already have a Gem Visa?
Just download the Latitude App, register and link your card. Then head to the Manage Card menu to add it to your digital wallet.
