Say goodbye to paper clutter and monthly paper statement fees by switching to electronic statements.
Using the Latitude Service Centre:
- Log in to the Latitude Service Centre.
- Go to Manage account on the left-hand menu.
- Scroll down to Statement Preferences.
- Choose how you'd like to receive your statements.
Using the Latitude App:
- Log in to the Latitude App.
- Select the account you want to update.
- Tap View statements.
- Select the Preferences icon in the top-right corner.
- Choose your preferred statement delivery method.
Good to know:
- Electronic statements are not emailed to you. You will receive a notification via email and they’ll be available to view each month via the Latitude Service Centre or Latitude App.
- Paper statements are posted to your mailing address and attract a monthly paper statement fee.
