You can set up a direct debit by completing the Direct Debit Request form for your product.
If your circumstances change, you can cancel your direct debit via the Direct Debit Cancellation/Suspension webform.
Remember:
- You will receive a SMS confirmation once your request has been completed. Please continue to make payments until you receive the SMS confirmation.
- Suspending or cancelling your direct debit does not cancel your loan contract. If your contract is still active, you must arrange another way to make your repayments.
- If you temporarily suspend your direct debit, you can reinstate it later by contacting us - no need to complete a new form.
- If you cancel your direct debit, you’ll need to submit a new direct debit request form if you wish to reinstate it again.
