Simply fill in the Request a Refund form and we can arrange a refund if:
- You’ve accidentally made a payment to your account
- You’ve paid more than your minimum monthly payment
- A retailer has refunded a purchase back to your card
- Your account is in credit due to an overpayment
The best part? It’s quick and easy – refunds are paid directly into your bank account.
Things to keep in mind
- Refunds can take up to 5 business days to process - so don’t worry if it doesn’t appear right away!
- We can process refunds of any amount if we have your bank account details on file and they’ve been used in the last 30 days.
